This policy describes how Serena Moon ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use our website and related services. By using the Service, you agree to this policy alongside our terms & conditions.
The Service contains adult content and is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and any such account will be terminated if discovered.
We may collect account details (such as name and email), usage data, device and log information (including IP address and browser type), cookie and local-storage identifiers, and payment-related data processed by our payment providers. Content you upload or submit may be stored to operate the Service.
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries that are essential to operating the Service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a local-storage entry that remembers you have completed our age-verification step so you are not asked again on every visit. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service, such as staying signed in, from working correctly.
We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process transactions, send service-related communications, comply with law, and protect the security and integrity of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only the data needed to run the Service with these providers, each of which processes it under its own privacy policy: Google (sign-in authentication), CCBill and Segpay (payment processing), Cloudinary (media storage and delivery), and Resend (transactional email).
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information only to create and authenticate your account and to contact you about your account. We do not request access to other Google data, do not sell or share Google user data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may update certain account information in your profile, opt out of non-essential communications where offered, and contact us regarding access or deletion requests, subject to applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. To delete your account and associated personal data, email hello@serenamoon.art from the address linked to your account. We process deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as transaction records).
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
